I enjoyed our friendship during high school. You were so thoughtful and kind.

Thank you for the great memories at Park High.

Wiener was my Prom Date. She wrote in my KIPI the day of Prom: " Nice weather outside baby. You know when you come to my house tonight, you can carry me out due to the fact that I will be completely submerged in my plastic bag, only kidding".                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    On Prom night it was raining. We dropped off the girls at Memorial Hall and had to walk from the lower parking lot. There was a deluge of rain and our ruffled shirts went flat. But that did not flatten our good time!!!!   Vikki was a great gal!                                                                                                                                                    You have to remember that a lot of us had to borrow our family cars. We happenned to use Chuck Smader's parents 1966? Plymouth 4 door- not the coolest. We didn't use Elephants, Fire Trucks, Limousines, Helicpoters and other things the kids use now.

I never knew she had that nickname. I didn't know her very well, but I do remember playing in her neighborhood once. I also remember she was fun to be around.

Vickie  (I'd forgotten about the

"Wiener" nickname, Tom), was a unique

personality! Does anyone else remember how

she'd slap her forearm  and say, "ONE TIME"!?

She was so fun to be with.

I used to walk down Osborne Blvd. and meet up with Vikki each morning.  We would cross the street to Ellen Wilowich's house and Ellen's Dad would drive us to Park.  Vikki had a sweet personality and a unique sense of humor.  I enjoyed her a lot!

I've known Vikki since we were little kids. She lived across the back-yard, and two houses down from me.

We used to walk to grade school (Fratt) together. She was as nice as they come!

I just looked over the "in Memory" section. So many good friends having passed away. I remember Vicki as a great kid. We were all kids then. I guess it is true, the good die young. RIP Vicki. Rell Barrett

Vikki was one of my very best friends in HS; we had so much fun together!!

Unfortunately, with moving away and raising my children, we lost touch.

I am so sad to learn of her early death. She and I "Scooped-the-Loop"

in my Dad's red Buick wagon; she named it  'the Frankfurter Ferrier':

hence, her nickname "Wiener". When "Scooping", she would often 'pelt'

M & Ms into open windows of adjacent cars, when stopped at a

stoplight; we thought that was so funny.

Once, after a stop at A&W, she 'pelted' a half-eaten hamburger into

an open window. Well, not so funny when that car followed us, until we

drove home; my parents didn't think it was so funny either.

Ah, those were the days.  Thanks to all for the great tribute, to a wonderful person!!

I miss you Vikki!!
